THERAPIST

Every part of you is welcome in this space; there are no bad parts here. My commitment to you as your therapist is to foster a safe environment where we can be curious about who you are as a whole human, and better understand the behaviors and decisions that are disrupting your life. We will work together to establish individualized goals and treatment plans that are unique to you.

I have experience working with individuals who have been involved in the criminal legal system, those who are struggling with their sense of identity, and those who may have narcissistic or antisocial personality traits. I have also worked with individuals who are experiencing anger, low motivation, and low self-esteem, as well as those who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology at the University of Colorado Denver and completed my Master’s in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver. I offer trauma-informed care and utilize Parts Work, Internal Family Systems, CBT and DBT, and Mindfulness Techniques in sessions. As we continue to work together, I am open to exploring other therapeutic techniques that may be a better fit for you and your goals.
